Duration: Full time, Permanent

Shift:Monday - Friday (5x8's); 8 hours with a 9-hour day option, 6am - 2:30pm OR 5am - 2:30pm

Pay Rate: Up to $26.00/hr. (Depending on experience)

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Structural Steel Fitter/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail. You will play a vital role in fabricating and assembling structural steel components, ensuring the integrity and quality of our projects. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute your expertise to impactful construction projects, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
    • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout requirements.
    • Perform fitting and welding tasks according to project specifications and industry standards.
    • Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Ensure accuracy and quality in all fabrication and welding processes.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and objectives.
    • Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Structural Steel Fitter/Welder or similar role
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
    • Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials.
    • Has the ability to set-up and use track torch.
    • Ability to pass all test for Flux Core Welding
    • Certification in welding (e.g., AWS) preferred.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
    • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
    • Commitment to safety practices and procedures
