The nursing process forms the foundation for decision making and critical thinking and is integrated throughout educational activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses learning needs. Plans educational activities. Implements the planned educational activities. Evaluates educational activities. Participates in and uses evidence based research. Participates in activities designed to improve health delivery. Provides leadership. Supports life long learning. Completes assigned goals. Requirements, Preferences and Experience Education Preferred: Masters degree. Minimum: Bachelors degree. Experience Minimum: 3 years work experience in related field after degree/license obtained.
