Come and work for a pet food company like no other We are currently hiring for a Raw Ingredient Operator. This role involves operating machinery designed for grinding meat for use in kibble production.
 

​​​Job Duties: 

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the meat room 

  • Train staff on proper meat room workflow and sanitation procedures 

  • Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory on a daily basis to ensure product is in stock and accurately counted 

  • Mix ingredients together and grind blocks of meat into meat grinder 

  • Add oils as needed per customer specifications 

  • Unload frozen meat pallets into freezer for storage using forklift 

  • Clean meat room equipment at throughout the day and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards 

  • Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner 

Job Requirements: 

  • Willing and able to lift up to 60lbs 

  • Be willing to work with a team 

  • Stand for long periods of time 

  • Forklift experience preferred but not required – Will Train 

  • Basic math skills required 

  • Computer Skills required 

Hours: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am 

Compensation: $23 per hour
