Independently provide behavioral healthcare provider services within the credentialed scope of practice and serve as lead workers or liaisons to other support agencies (public or private). Required Skills: Acts as lead worker over lower-level behavioral healthcare providers or independently develops and implements treatment plans for clients Coordinates admission, assessment, evaluation, and treatment plans of the client's care cycle Provides interventions with acute, more complex clients Handles cases containing numerous factors and problems and provides crisis intervention Participates in the process of establishing, implementing, and directing behavioral healthcare programs and treatment system objectives Public relations: assigned responsibility for establishing & sustaining beneficial business relationships or establishing & projecting acceptable public image.
