Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. > Role & Responsibilities:

> - Work closely with Product & Stakeholders to gather the program's requirements and priorities.

> - Break down program initiatives into Epics with input from Architecture teams. (Jira)

> - Create and flesh out technical development stories with input from internal and external team leads. (Jira)

> - Become a technical SME for multiple platforms & features within the program.

> - Identify and account for dependencies across the entire program.

> - Define clear, testable requirements for Testing team consumption.

> - Identify scope creep and provide early notice of schedule impacts.

Required Skills : This person will need experience with... 1. Routers 2. Wi-Fi 3. IP Protocols 4. NAT (Network Address Translation)
