About the Role:

In this permanent role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining critical Oracle EBS applications. You will leverage your expertise in R12 to ensure optimal system functionality and performance. Your ability to understand and configure functional modules and integrations will be crucial in streamlining business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective EBS solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom EBS functionalities using tools like Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.
  • Configure and maintain existing EBS functional modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain Management, CRM).
  • Develop and manage integrations between EBS and other enterprise applications.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure application stability.
  • Document technical specifications and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest EBS technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Developer or Architect.
  • Proven experience with Oracle EBS R12 and its functional modules.
  • Strong understanding of EBS development tools (Forms, Reports, Workflows, APIs).
  • Experience with EBS integrations and data migration techniques (a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
