All of our communities offer warm and inviting environments that enhance peoples' lives and offer quality services and genuine solutions for seniors.   Job Description The Springs at Tanasbourne is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to support our Health Services department. To achieve this goal, our team is seeking an individual who understands service excellence, staff engagement, and resident care. As an RSC in our community, you function as the main point of contact for residents, families, and staff in regard to care needs. The RSC must be an excellent communicator as they need to ensure all parties are appropriately informed. You will work closely with the community RN's and Administrator to ensure accuracy of care for our treasured residents. We are seeking an individual with the following skillset:
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
  • High Emotional Intelligence
  • Creative Problem solver
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals to achieve a common goal
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet hard deadlines
  • Expert Knowledge on providing care in a senior living setting
  • Previous caregiving and/or med tech experience
  • Managing a staffing phone in rotation with the other Health Services management team
Schedule This is a full-time salary non-exempt position   Starting at: $19/hr - $28/hr Depending on Experience   Qualifications - 18 years and older - Experience managing and leading a team - Ability to pass a drug screen and background check - Senior living experience   Perks for working at The Springs Living:
