Chiropractic Assistant

Chiropractic Receptionist/Assistants needed for immediate hire. This position requires someone enthusiastic and energetic to work at our front desk. Acompassionate, positive, happy and welcoming person is key in this position. Our office is a family friendly place filled with love and warmth. Prefer individuals with a strong customer service background. If you are a hard worker, have an incredible work ethic while being able to multitask, SMILE and are engaging, we have a job for you You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Responsibilities: General clerical duties Be organized and efficient with time Answerphones Check in and check out patients Maintain patient database Client follow up with phone calls and emails Handle patient requests immediately and efficiently Project-based work as assigned by physician Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields preferred Familiarity with medical billing procedures Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and problem solving skills Must have reliable transportation Professional appearance Must be able to multi-task Must be committed, dependable, punctual and have strong work ethic Positive, professional, compassionate, playful, and bright Required Hours: Mondays1:00 pm to 6:00 pm Tuesdays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1 hr lunch) Wednesdays 8:40 am to 1:00 pm Fridays 8:40am to 1:00 pm Saturdays 7:30 am-1:30 pm with the potential to increase hours and more workdays Must be reliable with work schedule and consistent (not excessively requesting off, late to shift, etc.) Experience and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Cheerful and positive attitude Able to use office equipment, computer, scanner, fax, and phone system Pay: $14.00to $15.00 per hour DOE Benefits: Employee discount Complimentary Chiropractic Care Free parking On-the-job training Paid training Opportunities for advancement
