We are now seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Assistant for a year-round position on our team of high-performing, collaborative jewelers.

Summary

As a Digital Marketing Assistant at HAVERHILL, you will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to level up their career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Assist in creating and curating content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather content assets, ensure brand consistency, and optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

Social Media Management:

  • Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Help develop social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Coordinate logistics and communicate content briefs with, as well as help track performance of, influencers and other affiliates.

Email Marketing Campaigns:

  • Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Website Administration Support:

  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of the company website, including content updates, image optimization, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to implement website enhancements, track performance metrics, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Product Development Support:

  • Provide support in product development initiatives, including conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and gathering product feedback.
  • Assist in writing product descriptions and creating marketing materials to showcase new product launches and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in digital marketing OR Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, creative tools such as Adobe, eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and digital advertising concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and generating new ideas.
