As an Estimator, you are a key team member upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for preparing estimates within the scope of work while growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email
- Ensure that our customers' needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal
- Schedule color consultants if necessary
- Ensure that all field marketing programs are being executed

This position sells directly to homeowners that need their home painted. Our best employees have learned about application techniques, paint materials and offer basic color advice.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
• Learn and use our proven Five Star Painting sales process from initial contact to final decision.
• No Cold calling All leads generated by Five Star Painting marketing efforts (3 leads per day, 5 days a week).
• No office time or TPS reports to file Position will be regularly engaged away from the employer's place of business obtaining contracts from homeowners.
• Consult with homeowner on their color needs and work on a detailed estimate using advanced company provided computerized software.
• Present to customer on-site with sales presentation and pricing in appropriate time.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and monthly team building meetings.
• Work closely with sales manager on estimates larger than $10k and attend first day of job start.
• Sales efforts that are self-generated are encouraged but need to be approved by Sales Manager.
• Achieves or exceeds sales goals to make as much money as possible.
• Ability to learn our conflict resolution processes.
• Opportunity to attend professional and technical knowledge by attending FSP educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
• All tools provided to review historical sales records.
• Detailed sales compensation agreement outlining benefits and sales incentives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
