Sales Representative - Uncapped Commission

Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative position is a great opportunity for individuals willing to work hard and take advantage of one of the fastest-growing industries in the world while earning whatever amount of money you want to make weekly, monthly, yearly because you control your paycheck with commission and bonus.

Unlimited commissions and sales support as well as training to ensure that you are fully prepared. As such, we take every precaution to provide a safe selling environment through training and on-going discussions as to how best to remain safe and risk free. Position is ONSITE in FORKED RIVER, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

Call center where everyone is Passionate about SELLING. Hard work and charisma are what we are looking for in each individual rep that has a positive attitude and is uplifting and excited to be part of a sales team that is rapidly growing. This job entails an endless amount of opportunity to earn as much money as you desire, even within y

our first month. You will be responsible for screening phone calls that are interested prospects that inquired about our auto warranty policies, and all the benefits that our plan offers. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated, and possess strong verbal communication skills, but most importantly can be a team player that is willing to learn something new.

  • Ability to learn and be opened minded to trying and learning something new
  • Ability to develop a strong rapport with a prospect and turn that prospect into a customer
  •  Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make quick decisions on the fly.
  • Ability to work independently, and with others while continuing to focus on the company's sales goals and your own individual sales goals while meeting daily, weekly, monthly Sales Goals and Deadlines.

Requirements:

  •       Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture.
  •       Ability to learn product suite quickly.
  •        Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
  •        Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with customers
  •        Ability to over come objections and keep moving along with your sales pitch.
  •        Strong phone presence.
