Our client builds agricultural facilities all over the Midwest. Their team does everything from CAD and 3D design to installation. They are currently looking for a sales and service rep with the ability to visit job sites and handle everything from installation, customer service, to estimating quotes. Most of their time will be spent visiting customers and job sites, and not in the office. They will be home most nights and all weekends. All their work is done in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Indiana.

**Salary**: $80-100K/year

Prior to employment: Background check, drug screen, and physical will be required

Direct hire: you will be employed directly with the company from day one

Schedule: Varies according to client needs, but expect around 50 hours per week

Work includes:

- Go out to job sites and install equipment
- Communicate with office staff, installation crews, and customers on project details
- Calculate bids and update expenses
- Review blueprints and evaluate mechanics of equipment for projects
- Develop and maintain costs data, including labor and equipment rates, installation methods and production rates

Qualifications:

- 5+ years’ sales experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Estimating experience
- Ability to read a blueprint
- Project management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in the ag industry is a huge plus
