Job Summary Responsible for operating a mobile crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads providing support to the Field Supervisor/ Manager related to all areas of operation and repairing of Oilfield Pumping Unit equipment. Will provide the safe operation of the crane by performing crane setup, pre-trip inspection, rigging, and crane operation in the shop, yard, or location, as well as helping to drive process improvements to help management and operations make tactical and strategic decisions. Responsibilities Operate mobile crane and move pumping unit components to various locations in a safe and effective manner. Inspect, rig, and ensure that rigging applications are configured in accordance with the load chart and manufacturer guidelines. Inspect, clean, and perform operator level maintenance on equipment in accordance with standards. Closely interact with crew members on job tasks and safety accountability. Provide leadership and mentoring to crew members. Perform daily safety checks to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition. Follow related safety regulations, contract requirements, company policies, and operating procedures. Complete necessary documentation, and reporting. Lead the JSA process with active participation from crew members.
