Pay Rate: $22-$30/hr

Shift: 7 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Position Summary: Maintain and optimize business-related computer systems' hardware and software to maximize reliability and productivity. Provide hands-on and remote support, training, and documentation to our staff as needed. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential systems support, preventive maintenance, and backup to ensure the reliability of company networks and computer systems.
  • Assist end users daily with computer-related issues.
  • Configure new desktops, printers, networking equipment, and similar devices.
  • Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions, performing necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Update computer operating systems and software as required.
  • Manage security options and software on computers and networks to maintain privacy and protect against threats.
  • Plan and evaluate new hardware and software to enhance existing systems or implement new ones.
  • Maintain and update Active Directory, Windows servers, etc.
  • Collaborate with external managed service providers.
  • Utilize a ticket system to document end-user problems and solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Provide friendly and professional support to employees in person and over the phone.
  • Demonstrate a desire to assist others and strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable with frequent interactions and meetings.
  • Excellent listening skills to understand and resolve end users' computer problems.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality service.
