Your Role

The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels at Refresco. You will oversee processes such as cycle counting, adjusting inventory weekly, addressing production shortages, and verifying inventory across our various locations. Collaborating closely with our plant team, this position supports the goods receipt function and reports directly to the Plant Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts before and after production runs, as well as on a scheduled basis using SAP.
• Ensure accurate daily production postings in SAP and promptly close process orders. Reconcile finished goods production with SAP inventory.
• Complete and document cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and standard loss tracking on a monthly basis.
• Organize and maintain filing of all inventory-related documents, including BOLs, destruction orders, and shipping paperwork.
• Analyze and track inventory accuracy and standard loss factors.
• Manage reporting responsibilities for co-pack customers during the pay-at-production process.
• Monitor aging inventory using periodic data collection and reporting.
• Review the corporate Hold Log weekly.
• Facilitate destruction requests and manage final disposal processes.
• Work alongside Quality and Material Management teams for the timely disposition of on-hold inventory.
• Coordinate the Year End Physical Inventory process to ensure accuracy in variance reconciliation.
• Adhere to month-end cutoff policies, validating all receipts in SAP and ensuring inventory adjustments are finalized.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Plant Controller.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Administration, Computer Science, or Accounting preferred.
• Experience in Inventory Control (substitutions may apply based on training and experience).
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands:

• Physical: Ability to regularly stand and walk, with some moderate lifting required.
• Visual/Sensory: Role demands moderate attention using one or two senses simultaneously.
• Repetitive Environment: Expect consistent, repetitive tasks.
• Climate: Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat and cold.
