Job Title: A&P Mechanic

Job Description

Perform all maintenance and troubleshooting for both client and company-owned aircraft. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards, utilizing applicable technical data. Duties include maintenance, inspection, servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, modifications, fueling, and defueling.

  • Perform tasks as required by the work scope with efficiency and to quality standards.

  • Utilize applicable technical data relative to work performed, including maintenance, inspection, servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, and modifications.

  • Be thoroughly familiar with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual relative to assigned duties.

  • Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms according to methods outlined in the RSM/QCM.

  • Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements as outlined in the RSM/QCM.

  • Collaborate and cooperate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives.

Work Environment

Work on a rotating 1st shift schedule (6 AM - 2:30 PM and 7 AM - 4 PM) with monthly rotations. Overtime is available. The maintenance department consists of roughly 30 people, including mechanics, interior specialists, and supervisors who distribute work packages to leads.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
