Job Title: Quality InspectorJob Description As a Quality Inspector, you will be in charge of all incoming component inspections, in-line, in-process checks, issuing labels, and any special projects that need inspection. You will be involved in AQL inspections in case of customer complaints, and any rework involved. You will be responsible for over 1200 samples for a production lot. Your duties will include performing quality checks of medical products throughout the manufacturing and packaging process, checking for defects on bottles, totes, caps, and other packaging. You will also pull labels on batch records for production personnel to use on external packaging, document all quality checks, inspections, and batch record information, and ensure that production personnel follow GMP's, SOP's, FDA regulations, and quality processes. Hard Skills High School Diploma Computer Literacy in document writing (NCRs, NCMRs, Batch Record) Understanding federal regulations GMP experience Soft Skills Legible writing Ability to work cross-functionally with production Verbal communication skills Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 30 Week(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Hartland, Wisconsin. Work Environment You will be working on a 2nd shift with a differential of $1. Training will be provided on the 1st shift for a month, from 7:00am - 3:30pm/4pm. After training, you will be working from 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. Our company is a manufacturer of OTC Drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices, primarily producing lubricating jellies, shampoos, and saline syringes. Your role will involve spending 50% of your time on the floor performing inspections/auditing, and the other 50% in the office preparing or filling out documentation and tackling other project-based work.
