Primary Role Responsibilities

We are the team that builds SaaS products used by hundreds of clients to support critical business operations. A successful candidate is passionate about building enterprise apps with the Salesforce technology. This person will have demonstrable experience delivering web applications in a highly scalable environment. Strong communication skills are required to work with colleagues in an Agile environment.

Candidate will use technical skills to design, analyze, develop, review and test functional enhancements, resolve defects and provide technical oversight over all the teams' deliverables. Proactive in supporting and answering questions for your team's developers. Candidate will work on technical designs for the team's work. Work with senior staff as required. Work on New features + defect resolution. Works on assigned tasks. Maintains methods, debugs existing code. Seeks out opportunities to help others and learn new domains outside the team. Looks for and takes on the most difficult assignments assigned to the team. Seeks out additional work assignments. Identifies new technical initiatives. Maintains code related to functional/technical areas and has good understanding of all the domains managed by the

team. Work with architects to develop solutions. Technical oversight over the team's codebase and their work items. Available to answer questions from your team's developers. Working on technical designs for the team's work. Quality and delivery of your own domains and the domains of team members.

Responsibilities: Working under limited supervision: * Technical lead on a Scrum team driving solutions and identifying new technical initiatives * Leveraging Salesforce to take on challenging assignments * Seeks out opportunities to learn and help others * Work on peer reviewed technical designs * Ability to adapt enterprise patterns and frameworks to SaaS products * Utilize Agile Methodologies to collaborate and deliver work * Develops code for new business features based on functional and technical specifications * Decomposes features for a sprint team into tasks that can be accomplish inside of a sprint; provides work level estimates for those tasks * Understands and adheres to the area's software lifecycle process * Communicates across and outside of team to answer questions, resolve issues, and access impacts to other teams of changes being made in their sprint team * Learns and utilizes new technologies as required * Serves as an expert technical resource, advisor, and mentor in one or more feature sets or technologies supported by development team * Provides technical mentorship and work task direction to a team of developers; able to fill the Technical Owner role on an agile sprint team, holding people accountable for task delivery * Works with product management to groom and select Features for their area to be included in upcoming releases. Qualifications and Technical Skills will include: * Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or computer science, OR bachelor's degree in any field with applicable field experience * 8+ years of experience in software development and design with increasing responsibility * Experience with building web applications in a multi-tenant, scalable SaaS environment * Demonstratable experience using Salesforce. Extensive experience in Apex coding, including flows, triggers and asynchronous processes. * UI development in Lightning Web Components, Aura, SLDS * Proficient in Object Oriented Design and Programming, JavaScript/ECMAScript * Intermediate knowledge of product functionality; strong knowledge in particular area of focus * Strong analytical and design skills * Advanced knowledge of software development methodologies and practices both at company and in industry * Ability to work in a team environment and be responsible for self and others * Above average communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong proficiency in at least one programming language used in the area; likely more than one * Ability to provide a technical design that follows best practices * Skills to design specifically with configurability and extensibility in mind AdditionalQualifications: * Experience working on Integrations - Salesforce API's, Heroku, Salesforce Connect/External Objects, Multi-Org Salesforce Integrations, MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform * Experience on Salesforce DX, Managed Packaging. * Extensive knowledge of best practices for CRUD, FLS, and record sharing * Experience with CICD software and repository integration for Salesforce development * Experience working on Salesforce automation/Platform features - Flows, Platform Events etc. * Experience optimizing code for performance, scalability, and security * Experience building software products, delivered as software releases * Prefer some accreditation from a reputed organization
