Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with setting up accounts and entering customer information into our system. This role primarily involves data entry (approximately 70% of the time) and outbound calls (approximately 30% of the time) to verify and gather additional information from customers. Timely attendance and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for success in this position. Responsibilities: Input customer information accurately and efficiently into the system. Contact customers to verify and collect necessary details. Address billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate billing personnel. Exhibit strong phone etiquette, active listening, and effective verbal communication. Multi-task effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently. Qualifications: Prior experience in customer service or data entry is preferred. Meticulous and accurate data entry skills. Clear and concise communication over the phone. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
