RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurate data entry for inventory management systems.
  • Create and manage purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Perform Excel-based reporting and data analysis.
  • Coordinate and communicate with vendors in Korea to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency in Korean and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in logistics, inventory management, or purchasing is a plus.
