Responsibilities FTP site electronic file management through Revit and/ AutoCAD Responsible for keeping local and cloud models in sync for Detailer/Drafter use Drafting and modeling of components and equipment as directed by the BIM Coordinator using Revit and/or AutoCAD Responsible for organizing and tracking department Requests for Information (RFIs) Skills and Experience: Proficient verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel. Proficient with 3D Revit and/or AutoCAD software programs (1 year of experience preferred) Above average proficiency to read and understand construction drawings Above average organizational skills in handling and archiving technical data Familiar with Bluebeam Familiar with Autodesk Navisworks including development and management of clash detection. Recommended that the candidate have an Associates degree in CAD Drafting and/or 3 year industry experience as a CAD-BIM Technician and/or Drafter. CompensationRange: $25 to $35 an hour Company offers competitive benefits including 401-K, health, dental, and life and long-term disability. Also offering holiday, sick and vacation pay.
