**Drive Compliance Excellence**: You'll ensure timely completion of compliance activities, setting the standard for accountability within the team.

 **Champion Change**: As a leader in our organization, you'll inspire and execute transformative change, fostering adaptability and resilience among your peers.

 **Innovate and Implement**: Anticipate future trends and implement new clinical services, using rigorous logic and creativity to solve complex problems.

 **Strategic Partnership**: Collaborate effectively with the Medical Executive Committee and other oversight groups, translating business strategies into actionable initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

  • 3-5 years of Acute Care Pharmacist experience, with a focus on acute care hospital settings.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the state of FL.
