MRI Technologist Level II

Sutter Health is seeking a Level II MRI Technologist for an ongoing position in San Francisco, CA. This position requires uncontrolled standby availability as needed between normal work hours and weekends.

The successful candidate will primarily assist with the service and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment, performing installations, repairs, adjustments, and calibrations within assigned geography.
- EDUCATION: Equivalent experience or an Associate's degree in Electronic Technology or Engineering
- TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 2 years recent relevant experience
- SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Radiology physics, digital technology, and mechanics
- Laws and regulations pertaining to imaging equipment, radiation safety and protection practices
- Human anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, regulatory requirements, and basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and organizational skills

Schedule: Full Time
Shift Hours: 8
Days of the Week: Monday - Friday
Weekend Requirements: As Needed
