For this contractor assignment, you'll work within a cross-functional team to build innovative and visionary consumer-facing SaaS-based products. You'll provide creative direction and problem-solving for various projects at different stages of their life cycles. Using a modern JavaScript framework, you'll develop new features, refine and maintain existing ones, and write unit tests and documentation for ongoing development and maintenance. You'll work closely with designers, UX, product strategists, test engineers, and third-party vendors to ensure a shared understanding of the product. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the technical lead and other developers to ensure consistent and coherent architectural patterns across projects.

responsibilities:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • These contractors will be involved in every aspect of the development cycle - clarifying business requirements and detailing the technical requirements, development and testing.

  • Collaboration with product strategists, other developers and vendors

Required skills:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Node with other server-side programming (C#, Java, Python) and GraphQL

  • Experience with Postgres database technologies (Postgres, RDBMS, NoSQL)

  • Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)

  • Familiarity with entity relationship design and modeling in distributed systems

qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced

  • Minimum 4 years of experience

  • Education: Bachelors
