Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and implement new innovation opportunities to drive revenue, margin, and profit growth in digital solutions
  • Partner with business leadership to develop vision and capabilities for best-in-class digital solutions

Your Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or related field
  • Several years of practical experience as a product owner or in HW/SW development, ideally with strong manufacturing domain expertise and digital proficiency
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital solutions
  • Experience in IoT, analytics, AR/VR, and cloud initiatives.
  • Knowledge of IoT/IIoT applications in manufacturing and automotive sectors
  • Technical background in digital products/services
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and automotive industries
  • Understanding of digital factory and autonomous business processes
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field
  • Experience with modern problem-solving techniques like design thinking and startup accelerator programs.
