Job Title: Data Manager II

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Manager II to join our team at Denver Health. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data management solutions to support our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop data management solutions to meet business needs, including data integration, data quality, and data governance.
  • Develop and maintain data management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in data management, data analytics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
