Job Description Job Description This position is for Stevens students currently enrolled. Must have a full time status. Bachelors Degree required. This is a part-time hourly position. Must be graduate student, 3.0 GPA, accepted in a Masters or PHD degree program within Stevens. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures. Knowledge of Computers. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Be able to build presentations using PowerPoint. Be able to build worksheets with a good layout in excel. Knowledge of macros is a plus. Have good database concepts and know how to build and maintain databases. This position performs a variety of general office support tasks as assigned by office administration staff.
