Job Description: As a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and promoting our comprehensive commercial HVAC services to potential clients. This position requires a strong background in commercial HVAC systems and exceptional communication skills to effectively present our services to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the commercial sector, including office buildings, retail spaces, educational institutions, and other facilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to create new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the advantages of our HVAC services and solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs, evaluate system requirements, and provide precise and detailed proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new products, and technologies to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote [Company Name] and expand your professional network.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry best practices.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • HVAC technical training or certification.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
