Qualifications:
  • The Superintendent and Project Managers must have a minimum of 7 years of field experience on mid-large construction projects ranging from $1M to $60M+ in size.
  • The Assistant Superintendents and Assistant Project Managers must have 3-5 years field experience in commercial projects.
  • Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
  • Proficiency with safety procedures
  • Extensive managerial and people skills
  • Materials procurement
  • Supervision of self-performed work
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Line & Grade experience
  • Foreman experience
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems
  • May require appropriate Craft Certifications
