Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and PSI employees to ensure seamless project execution
  • Complete all required paperwork and coordinate site access for project stakeholders
  • Represent PSI with professionalism and integrity
  • Manage and schedule subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Set expectations and hold subcontractors accountable for quality and safety
  • Provide direct accountability for contract submittals and processes
  • Complete reports and documentation as required by management
  • Inspect and secure job sites to prevent damages and theft
  • Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA safety standards
Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and Federal specifications
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification
  • Previous experience as a Construction Site Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, or SSHO on complex Federal or Public construction projects
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction role, with 5 years in a QC role on complex commercial or federal projects
  • Graduate of an Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree program
