WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide general administrative support to plant operation and personnel
  • Compile and report production statistics
  • Track equipment utilization, PM's, fuel usage, production costs, and man hours
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and create purchase orders
  • Process vendor invoices and purchase orders on a daily basis
  • Prepare monthly accruals, enter material inventories on a daily and monthly basis
  • Purchase parts and safety supplies
  • Maintain equipment downtime reports
  • Process and maintain payroll
  • Train new hires on administrative tasks and company HR policies
  • Complete new hire paperwork
  • Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
  • Ability to sit for long periods, stand, and lift boxes occasionally
