Advantage Resourcing is seeking a dynamic Director of National Sales for a top-rated company in Shreveport, LA. Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Salary: $100K-$120K annually (Direct Hire)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Manage sales/marketing budgets
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities
  • Recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies
  • Achieve profit/loss and market share goals
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on market research
  • Build and maintain industry relationships
  • Prepare marketing activity reports
  • Maintain consistent corporate image
  • Set and achieve sales performance goals
  • Develop and control sales and marketing programs
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings
  • Assist with client relationships and deal negotiations
  • Ensure budget compliance and control expenditures
  • Prepare periodic sales reports
  • Direct product research and development
  • Recruit and manage staff to achieve company goals
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years in Sales and New Product Development with managerial responsibilities
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
