Workforce Management Capacity Planner Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote & office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint office locations. The Workforce Management Capacity Planner is responsible for the staffing models for the Anthem FEP business units. The person will also support collection of data, creation of reporting, and lead business discussions with senior leadership in FEP. To be successful in the role, strong analytical skills and the ability to forecast based on historical data and current events to predict future impacts to call, claim, inquiry, and case volumes is key. How You Will Make An Impact: Assures quality and integrity of the data collected and reported. Serves as liaison for the enrollment forecast processes and the annual operating plan. Ensures that forecasting methodologies are aligned with business targets and operating plans are consistent with corporate objectives. Serves as a representative for corporate-wide Sales metrics (BIS)reporting. Oversees the definition, development and implementation of metrics to report and monitor progress against goals. Minimum Requirements: Requires BA/BS degree in business or related field; a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in data collection, analysis and reporting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experiences: Expert level proficiency with MS Excel is highly preferred. Advanced degree preferred. Experience in sales enrollment reporting and forecasting preferred. Knowledge of the health care industry preferred. For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $83,748 to $125,622.
