Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate Global Logistics: Coordinate ocean freight shipments from start to finish, ensuring tanks and equipment arrive at their destination smoothly and on time.
  • Communicate Like a Pro: Act as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and customs agents, delivering exceptional service and proactive updates every step of the way.
  • Master the Details: Prepare and review export documentation, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and certificates, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
  • Optimize Supply Chains: Work with internal teams and external partners to find the most cost-effective and time-efficient shipping solutions.
  • Problem-Solve Under Pressure: Tackle unexpected challenges with creativity and speed to keep shipments on track.

What We’re Looking For

  • Logistics Enthusiast: A passion for global trade and ocean shipping with 2+ years of experience in export coordination or freight forwarding.
  • Detail Dynamo: Exceptional organizational skills and a knack for precision in handling complex documentation.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in shipping software and MS Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Regulation Ready: Knowledge of international shipping laws, INCOTERMS, and hazardous material handling is highly desirable.
