What does a Line Shift Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you will be responsible for operating manual and automated equipment in the production process. You'll assist the machine and forklift operators and general labor employees with their daily responsibilities. This role will be a part of our line structure team focused on being a process specialist.
Job Details:
Schedule: 2:45pm - 1:30am (Mon - Fri, occasional weekends and OT as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Operate all machines on assigned production lines
- Minimize product loss
- Comply with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation requirements in work area
- Support employees and provide relief for breaks
- Support and assist all employees in performing all Line Flavor, package change-over and sanitation as required
- Adhere to company standards; understand and adhere to all policies and procedures
- Adhere to all Food Safety Requirements and take action as needed, which includes stopping the process and notifying the supervisor
- Have management system awareness and support the system as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write and keep records
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as directed by the business

Base pay range is $27.77 to $34.31 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
