Position Type: Full Time
Work Location: Remote / Patuxent River, MD
**COVID-19 Procedures: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

Position Type: Full-Time


Essential Functions:

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense
  • Gather reporting, dashboard, and metric requirements
  • Design and create data visualizations, analytical reports, and dashboards and integrate into existing applications (ex. SharePoint)
  • Design, develop, and manage SQL Server databases
  • Design database tables and structures
  • Create views, functions, and stored procedures
  • Write optimized SQL Server queries for integration with other applications such as SharePoint and Qlik Sense
  • Assist with SharePoint site administration/power-user tasking
  • Assist with documentation for IT technical processes and software user guides
  • Assist with evaluating and pricing required tools/hardware, obtaining vendor quotes, and providing IT recommendations
  • Other duties as assigned or required


Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • Experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Qlik Sense required


Desired:

  • Experience providing SQL Server database development highly desired
  • SharePoint experience highly desired


Security Clearance:
Active secret clearance required. Interim secret clearance acceptable to start. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.


Education:
BS/BA degree and 3 years related experience OR AA/AS degree and 7 years related experience OR HS and 9 years related experience.
