Job Title: Office Services Associate

Company: Well established law firm

Status: Direct Hire, FT on-site

Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day

Responsibilities:

• Sorts incoming mail, scans into the file, and delivers to the appropriate Team Member in a timely manner

• Collects outgoing mail and processes accordingly making certain that their proper destinations are reached in a timely manner

• Stock, clean, and organize established storage areas of copy/printer paper,
toner and other designated supplies to ensure that proper levels of supplies
are on hand and easily accessible

• Maintains a clean organized workstation environment

• Assist all employees and departments as required

• Maintains good working relationship with all employees and staff, responds
to issues or requests as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 3-5 years general work experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Self-motivated; able to prioritize and work independently
• Able to handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision in a fast paced
environment
• Good disposition; friendly nature and ability to interface with employees,
vendors, staff and peers with diplomacy

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
