Responsibilities for thisRTopportunity include, but are not limited to: Assist patients and recommend respiratory therapy plans. Examine and counsel patients with irregular breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. · Establishes individual patient schedules in conjunction with other team members. Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including short and long term goals and methods to achieve identified goals. Coordinates treatment plan with patient, family, and other team members. Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in treatment plan. Treat patients using different ways, for an example aerosol medications and chest physiotherapy etc. Meet patient's goals and needs while providing quality care by conducting pulmonary function tests. Instruct patients on how to use treatments and equipment. Documents results of patient's assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rule and regulations. Trains patient, family and appropriate staff in the use or application of the above. Participates in discharge planning when applicable.
