Pediatric Occupational Therapist Role Description:

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to children with diverse developmental and sensory needs. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the therapist will ensure comprehensive care while providing guidance to parents and caregivers for home-based support.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine individualized treatment goals.

  • Provide education and support to parents and caregivers to promote carryover of therapy objectives.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
  • Occupational Therapy Degree and Licensure in the state.
  • Previous experience working with children in a pediatric setting.
  • Knowledge of early intervention strategies and pediatric therapy techniques.
  • Certification in Pediatrics or related field preferred.
  • Experience with sensory processing disorders and sensory integration interventions is advantageous.
