Introduction

As a Lead Sharepoint Architect, you will manage projects and provide deliver solutions to the client. You will need to be knowledgeable of the Agile process methodologies to perform on-premise to cloud project initiation and execution.

What You'll Be Doing

The Lead Sharepoint Architect shall manage and oversee PBGC's application and systems transformation to on-premise legacy technology to cloud-based options. Furthermore, this position will perform the following duties: Perform Agile methodology in a complex IT environment; (2) Utilize a wide range of tools, such as InfoPath, Nintex, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint and SharePoint Designer; and (3) Perform quality oral and written communication relevant to digital transformation for a complex IT environment. This is a Senior Level Position.

Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Required For This Opportunity

  • 15+ years' experience of progressively greater authority and responsibility, in roles working with various types of technology change and transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant information technology discipline.
  • Experience with people management and leading technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in the successful use of Agile methodology in a broad and complex IT environment of similar size and scope.
  • Demonstrated technical experience with a wide range of tools, such as InfoPath, Nintex, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint and SharePoint Designer, RPA, and AI/ML.
  • Demonstrated ability for quality oral and written communication relevant to digital transformation for a broad and complex IT environment of similar size and scope.
  • DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute.
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
  • ITIL® Foundation or Practitioner v.4 certification.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of agile software methodologies.

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or Project Management Professional.
