Document Control Specialist Location: Exton, PA (USA) Onsite Monday - Friday (8am -5pm) As a Document Control Specialist , you will manage the records related to Engineering and Document Change processes and to facilitate and ensure the accurate review, approval, release, and documentation of those records which serve as the Device Master Record (DMR) and SOPs at dsm-firmenich. Responsibilities: Review, Route, Approve & process Engineering and Controlled Document Change records through the dsm-firmenich QMS. Support and train change initiators of the process. Perform editorial review of documents related to change record which include but not limited to: SOPs, Routers, and request forms. Review change record documentation for completeness and accuracy. Detect and resolve problems caused during change record processing. Facilitate and distribute tasks to Change Review Board (CRB) and other stakeholders related to the changes to ensure timely completion. Partner with CRB and Master Data to implement approved changes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise throughout the process. Manage the controlled distribution of select documents as designated within dsm-firmenich. We bring: A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset. You bring: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education. 8 years’ experience with documentation or change control management. Demonstrated high attention to detail and critical thinking. Basic working knowledge of regulations and regulatory/quality requirements. Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with and resolve problems with subject matter experts. Must have excellent writing, editing and proofing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Systems, and Document Management Systems.
