Position Overview:

Our Marketing Representatives are responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers. This role involves developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and maintaining customer relationships to increase sales and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of marketing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.

Analyze market data to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Sales and Customer Interaction:

Identify potential customers and generate leads through various marketing channels.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information on product features and benefits.

Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Marketing Campaigns:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide after-sales support and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.

Gather feedback from customers and report to management for continuous improvement.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and market trends.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the company CRM system.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related role.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
