Lead Application Developer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Application Developer to oversee multiple interconnected development teams of web developers, application developers, engineers, designers, system administrators, and task leads. This role involves leading and managing cross-functional development and operations teams to design, develop, and deploy full stack software solutions in line with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience with front-end and back-end development, as well as overseeing web site development and operations. If you have a strong technical background and the ability to foster collaboration between teams to achieve integrated and innovative solutions, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 14 plus years of experience in software development, technology management, system engineering or related field. (12 plus years with master's degree)
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional development and operations teams
  • Experience with front-end and back-end development technologies/frameworks
  • Experience overseeing web site development and operations and presenting overview briefings and updates to government leads, partners, and customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading O&M on critical classified systems
  • Experience managing software development and operations for large, integrated IT systems with zero mission disruption requirements
  • Experience managing an unclassified code base for deployment in a secure environment

Location: This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.
