Legacy Endeavors 657 is the parent company of three service brands: 1-Tom-Plumber, Crown Restoration, and Prenviro. Together, we provide top-quality services in plumbing, restoration, and environmental consulting across Texas.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Lead Dispatcher to manage dispatch and scheduling for all three of our brands in a unified call center. You'll coordinate technician activities, manage the master schedule, and ensure efficient job completion across the brands. Experience with Service Titan is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch and coordinate technicians for Crown Restoration, 1-Tom-Plumber, and Prenviro
  • Manage the master schedule and optimize technician routes
  • Communicate with technicians and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor job progress and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling and ensure prompt response to urgent situations

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or logistics
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Experience with Service Titan software is required
  • Knowledge of the restoration or construction industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a bonus
