In this position, you will work with injured workers, employers and medical providers to investigate workers’ compensation claims while at the same time, apply state laws to determine if an employee’s injury qualifies for coverage under the insurance policy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND OVERVIEW

  • Experience in a medical field or medical administration, insurance claims, collections, or a similar field
  • Minimum of two years experience in the workers compensation field
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex issues efficiently and creatively.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
