The DOT Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the driver qualification process and federal drug and alcohol testing program to ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations and company policies and/or developing and managing DOT Compliance web-based platforms, policies and procedures, programs, and initiatives. Job Requirements: Collaborate with corporate and branch leadership to maintain DOT web-based platforms and comply with local/state/federal regulations and company policies Perform website maintenance: Driver’s Alert, EHS, CA DMV Website, Vigillo, First Advantage, and Trimble Audit DOT Driver files and resolve errors Assist with policy, procedure, and training development Audit driver logs Respond to DOT requests i.e., employment verification, etc. Troubleshoot issues with drivers related to ELD (Electronic Logging Device) Coordinates with HR partners and branch leadership regarding internal/external candidates to complete new CDL driver qualification process via First Advantage and new CDL Qualification Files Troubleshoot issues with branch leadership related to DOT Driver file management Manage federal drug and alcohol testing program Complete other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of DOT administrative and/or CDL driver experience preferred DOT Compliance certification and/or 3+ years of regulatory experience, preferred Above average organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Above average knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Macros) Detail oriented with above average ability to multi-task Searching for a solid, growth-oriented company that values its employees?
