We are seeking a compassionate and talented Provisional or Licensed Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker to join our team. (If provisional, the candidate will be responsible for obtaining his/her own clinical supervision required for licensure.)

The ideal candidate for this position has had experience or interest in working with a variety of couples, individuals, children and families across different ages and backgrounds, however, working with adolescents and kids is a plus. A successful candidate will be flexible and collaborative with the team, and is enthusiastic about successfully building and maintaining a caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling and other services to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Provide group therapy to individuals, couples, and families if desired.
  • Work with people of all ages and from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Use critical thinking skills when assessing client needs.
  • Develop community resources for clients as needed.
