1. Take a lead role in managing a team of business analysts working on a major project to develop an online permitting system.
2. Support the fundamental functions and business processes of the organization.
3. Lead facilitated workshops and other creative methods for requirements analysis.
4. Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to analyze business reviews for new development and updated features.
5. Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and to resolve any discrepancies among development, business analysts, and the business.
6. ssist with developing report specifications for various reports, including those to describe complex business processes, understand system/application data, project progress, identified system issues, etc., by defining the purpose of a report, its justification, attributes and columns, owners, and runtime parameters.
7. Develop a Requirements Traceability Matrix to record requirements through each stage of the requirements-gathering process.
8. Have strong organization and writing skills.
9. Demonstrate strong communication skills for working with a diverse audience of users and team members.

Mandatory Requirements/Time:
• 15 years' deep experience in the analysis and documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements
• 15 years' experience effectively leading and managing diverse teams, including teams of business analysts and developers
• 10-15 years' proven experience defining, managing, and launching new functionality/features across multiple, concurrent projects for complex software applications
• 10-15 years' experience creating application prototypes and screen mockups and graphical representations of complex business processes, using wireframe and modeling tools
• 7-10 years' experience writing clear and effective agile story cards, preferably using Agile methodology
• 7-10 years' experience in analyzing data elements of enterprise applications; determining how the data elements relate to each other
• 10 years' experience performing gap analysis "As-Is/To-Be" for large applications

Desired Skills/Time:
• dvanced experience in using Microsoft products, including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience with agile methodologies, including Azure DevOps
• Project management
• Microsoft Power BI
• Certification such as IIBA-certified Business Analyst or Certified Scrum Product Owner
