Job Summary

We're looking for an Operations Team Lead for our eCommerce Fulfillment Facility that is responsible for productivity, accuracy, reliability, and safety.

Beauty Brands, based in Kansas City, was founded in 1995 on the idea of providing a one-stop total beauty experience. In 2010, we launched our eCommerce site. In 2020 order volume reached 245,000 with over 1 Million units sold

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists in overseeing fulfillment team including attendance, scheduling, training, and safety
  • Coordinate and plans the daily operations of the order fulfillment department to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all orders
  • Distributes and monitors workload, motivates team to ensure orders are picked and shipped in accordance with daily standards
  • Responsible for Start and End of Day Operations
  • Process daily orders in OMS and manage backorders
  • Import FedEx Shipping Manager activity
  • Performs additional related duties as needed
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of related experience required; industry experience preferred.
  • Advanced computer skills with knowledge of shipping software and Warehouse Management Systems preferred
  • Effective communicator and problem-solver with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs. and routinely stand and walk in a warehouse environment
