Description: The NetSuite Administrator should be an initiative-taking self-starter who likes working and staying current with the latest technologies and takes ownership of both projects and day-to-day responsibilities. The NetSuite Administrator will operate within the IT/Finance (CFO) department, providing support, administration, and development for our client's NetSuite ERP system. This role is essential for ensuring that NetSuite functions smoothly and supports the business operations effectively. Key role will be maximizing the value and benefits of NetSuite to business. The successful candidate will be both functional and technical, with effective communication and analytical skills.
  • dminister and manage NetSuite ERP system, including configuration, user setup, roles, and permissions.
  • Develop and implement customizations, scripts, workflows, and reports to meet business needs
  • Provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of NetSuite functionalities and develop custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into system enhancements and custom solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including managing support tickets with NetSuite or third-party vendors.
  • Maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials.
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and implementing data management best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address any potential issues.

The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C). In addition to compensation, the company provides eligible W2 employees with a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package.
